FAQ

Quick answers to the questions people ask most about ForestVPN.

Short answers to the questions we hear most. If yours isn't here, try the search box above or open a topic from the help home.

Does ForestVPN keep logs of what I do?

No. ForestVPN doesn't keep logs of your browsing activity. Diagnostic reports you send from the app carry only technical context, never your activity.

How many devices can I use?

That depends on your plan. Every plan protects several devices at once, and paid plans raise the limit — see the pricing page for the current numbers, and Devices for how to manage them.

Will it work where VPNs are blocked?

On networks that throttle or block standard VPN protocols, ForestVPN adapts automatically — it reshapes its traffic and falls back to a relay when a direct path is blocked, so your connection keeps working. There's nothing to configure. See Troubleshooting for more.

Which platforms are supported?

iPhone, iPad, Mac, and Apple TV; Android. Command-line clients for Windows and Linux are in development. See Getting started for where to download each app.

Is my traffic encrypted?

Yes. Every connection runs through an encrypted tunnel. Traffic inside a VSpace is encrypted end to end between your own devices.

What is a VSpace?

A VSpace is your own private mesh network that links your devices directly and securely, wherever they are. See VSpaces to set one up.

How do I cancel?

Open Billing in your dashboard and cancel there. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for, then drop to the free tier — nothing is deleted. Full details in Billing & plans.

I still need help
